Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at robinratta@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at robinratta@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
