We started Larkwell because we couldn't find gear that was built the way good outdoor kit should be built: from materials that earn their place, in details that only reveal themselves after years of use.

Every decision we make starts with the same question: does this earn its place? The coated webbing on our leads and collars sheds mud and water without a second thought. The metal hardware is built to hold up, not swapped for something cheaper to save a few pence. The Shake-Off Robe dries your dog on the move, not after. These aren't features.
